On last Saturday, 30th September, our Master Roaster Magda Katsoura, as Botanist expert on coffee, participated at the conference on The history of Coffee, from the plant, to the cup and the cuisine, organized by the Italian Academy of Cuisine at Circolo Sannitico in Campobasso.
Mrs. Katsoura spoke about Organic and Specialty coffees and the different coffee preparations made all over the world. Her speech was intented to introduce those products of excellence to coffee consumers by leading them through a discovery travel, starting from coffee plantations of Specialty and certified coffees to the different worldwide coffee preparations, accompaigned by the pictures taken during her travels in certified coffee plantations of Brazil, Indonesia, Sumatra and Hawaii.
