Moccaccino

• 40g long espresso coffee
• 30g hot chocolate
• 5g hazelnut spreading cream
• 30g whipped cream

Pour hot chocolate into a glass cup, then espresso coffee and finally hazelnut spreading cream; make sure those three ingredients remain separated into visible layers. Add whipped cream on top and decorate with some hazelnut spreading cream and cane sugar.
