Irish Coffee

• 2 espresso coffees
• 40ml of Irish whisky
• 5g cane sugar
• 40ml of cream
• bitter cocoa powder
• 3 roasted coffee beans

Brew two espresso coffees into a high glass, pour Irish Whisky in it, then add cane sugar, cream and decorate with bitter cocoa powder and roasted coffee beans.
