“Master Chefs of the World” Conference: our Master Roaster, Magda Katsoura, gave a speech on Italian and European Food. She underlined the importance of a selected coffee blend, like Caffè Monforte Bio Organic, to brew a perfectly balanced Espresso coffee and specified that “the authentic Coffee beverage is made from roasted coffee beans only, naturally brewed using the Espresso coffee machine, Moka pot, Filter machine and/or Ibrik”.
